    For 20 years, the Blue Iguana Mexican Restaurant has offered a dining experience unlike any other north of the Rio Grande. Although it’s best known for its diverse selection of rich molés, the Blue Iguana menu offers a wide variety of Mexican culinary treasures from sizzling shrimp fajitas to delectable Chile Verde enchiladas. The Blue Iguana also features a full drink menu including beer, wine, mixed drinks, and the legendary, award-winning Iguanarita. With locations in Park City and Salt Lake City, the Blue Iguana brings the taste of Mexico to Northern Utah.

    Blue Iguana has been located in Arrow Press Square since 1997 and during its existence, it has gained a reputation as a premier destination for mole, enchiladas, and other traditional Mexican fare. Mole is a sauce made from various combinations of chiles, nuts, spices and other ingredients. It is an ancient dish that originated from the Aztec culture. And most importantly Voted best Margarita!!!!
